Brief Description and Objectives of the Project

The construction of a two-level grade-separated intersection at the junction of the Karaj-Qazvin Freeway and Shahid Motahari Boulevard as an overpass, including two parallel bridges, ramps, and four access loops with a cumulative length of 1,200 meters. The deck structure of these bridges is of composite type with a steel arch, having a length of 70 meters and a width of 26 meters, with the longest span measuring 37 meters over the Karaj-Qazvin Freeway. The retaining walls of the ramps are of reinforced earth type with geogrid, covered with precast concrete segments.
